Hi! My name is Imogen. I'm the founder and stylist at Flawless Paws. I'm passionate about pets and I'm on a mission to make the world a more beautiful place, one pet at a time.

I've been working in the Pet Care industry ever since I came to Australia from the UK in 2012. I had no pets of my own so pet sitting was the answer. A good friend of mine then introduced me to pet grooming and I knew I had found my calling in life. I got my qualifications and never looked back!

I am totally in love with my grooming career and feel so lucky to be able to contribute to the health and wellbeing of Sydney's furbabies. I truly believe every pet should look forward to their bath day, and with the right encouragement and handling this can absolutely be achieved. Nothing makes me happier than gaining a pet's trust, giving them a fabulous groom, and seeing the happiness it brings to them and their owner.
